Refund   Policy

    1. REFUND PROCESS

  • Once a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Please note that the refund amount will be credited to your original bank account, credit card, or digital wallet within 7 to 8 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the amount has been successfully credited from our end.

    2. NON-REFUNDABLE RATES

    Bookings made under "Non-Refundable," "Early Bird," or "Last Minute Deal" categories are not eligible for any refund or date modifications. In these cases, no amount will be credited back regardless of the cancellation timing.

    3. MODIFICATIONS

    If you want to change your booking dates or shorten your stay, it will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking. Any refund amount, if applicable, will be processed and credited to your account within 7 to 10 working days as per our standard refund process.
