Cancellations : Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns : Since our products are food-grade and perishable, returns are generally not accepted. However, returns may be considered if the product is received in a damaged or spoiled condition.
Claims : Any claims for damaged goods must be reported to info@moringafoodpark.in within 24–48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
